2011 Course
The race track has completely been changed as compared to 2010.
Swimming will happen as before in the lake in Schoten, but the bike track had to be adapted due to public road works in the centre of Brasschaat. It is still completely flat, and hence, very fast.
The run will take place in the central park of the town.
In cooperation with local authorities, we have developed a track which is fully located in the centre of the town.
Swim
The swim start will occur from in the water.
Ladies will start first,men will follow 15 min. later on.
At the end of May, the temperature of the water usually is about 18°C .
The track is 1500 m long and has to be covered in one lap.
Bike
The bike and run tracks are situated in the centre of Brasschaat. 
After a 4km junction track from the lake, racers will join the the centre of Brasschaat.
The Bredabaan will be completely traffic-free for the race.
The bike track is completely flat.
Run
The run track passes over paved roads only in the central park of the town. 4 Laps have to be completed.
