Parcours
The race track has completely been changes as compared to 2009.
Swimming will happen as before in the lake in Schoten, but the bike and the run went through a thorough facelift.
In cooperation with local authorities, we have developed a track which is fully located in the centre of the town.
Swim
The swim start will occur from in the water.
The temperature of the water usually is about 20°C in June. The track is 1500 m long and has to be covered in two laps.
Ladies will start first, followed by the men.
Details will be shown later on.
Bike and Run
The bike and run tracks are situated in the centre of Brasschaat. .bmp)
After a small junction track from the lake, racers will join the “ Bredabaan” in the centre of Brasschaat.
The Bredabaan will be completely traffic-free for the race. After crossing the finish line for the first time at the town hall, four other laps have to be completed.
After you have crossed the transition area near the church, two laps have to be run through the town that is rich in green parks.
The run track passes over paved roads only.
